Pre-Order Policy
All pre-order purchases are non-refundable and cannot be canceled under any circumstances until the order has been delivered. By placing a pre-order, you are agreeing to the production and fulfillment timeline.

Refund Eligibility (After Delivery Only)
Once your order has been delivered, you have 7 days from the confirmed delivery date to submit a refund request. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be reviewed or approved.
Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:
