Digital Products
All digital products are final sale and non-refundable due to the nature of digital content.
Physical Products
If there is an issue with a physical product, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
How to Submit a Claim
All claims must be submitted through the Contact Us page by selecting the appropriate claim option from the dropdown menu.

All refund or replacement claims will be thoroughly investigated. Approval is determined based on the findings of the review.
Events & Event Tickets
All event registrations and tickets are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated on the event registration page. If an event is canceled by Inspired Disciple, registered attendees will be notified and provided with next steps, which may include a refund, credit, or alternative option depending on the situation. Event tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated on the event page.
